The barns of the scenic Sugarloaf Mountain Region will be featured during the Frederick County Landmarks Foundation 9th Annual Barnstormers Tour and Plein Air Paint-Out. The event will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2015. This popular annual self-guided tour calls attention to these beautiful old structures and their importance to our agricultural heritage. The tour provided a rare opportunity to gain access to some of our most scenic and private farm properties. The 2015 tour will feature nine barns on the farms in the beautiful foothills of the majestic Sugarloaf Mountain.
