The last two years have been extremely challenging for everyone. Unfortunately, the pandemic hasn’t been as cut and dry as we had hoped and because of that, it’s been extremely difficult to make safe choices for the club.

Club officers met recently and voted to officially make the club virtual until the end of this season. After seeing a hopeful date for moving to hybrid twice now and then there being yet another ‘variation’ we figured it was best to make this decision.

We know that many people are not ready to meet yet, and on the other hand there are a handful of those who want to. For those who are missing the interaction we still have our great field trips by the field trip team and we’ll be starting up the local park Meet & Shoots once the weather starts warming up again.

Because of this change, we’ve had a lot more program nights open up. From tabletop and studio nights to presenters who are not able to give their programs virtually there are about six sudden dates that have suddenly become ‘To be determined.’ We appreciate your patience while our Programs Chair, Christine, re-works the schedule. If you or anyone you know would be good at giving a presentation on a topic that our members would be interested in, please contact her.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
